Thank you for shopping with Pantheon Outfitters! Each item is made-to-order, which means it is custom printed just for you. We aim to fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time
Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–10 business days after processing
International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, shipping method, and items in your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check the status of your shipment at any time using the link provided.

Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions. However, we will always do our best to assist if your package is delayed or lost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE

Pantheon Outfitters proudly ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax) upon arrival in your country. These fees are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the customer. Each country determines its own import regulations, and charges may vary based on the destination and order value.

Because all items are custom printed, please check our sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
